You're not just supporting this movie, you're supporting freedom of speech. And not only my work, it's everything that you see out there. There are very few people that pick the content that you see. Its intentional and meant to give you a very small, very specific world view.

The Story.
May, a stubbornly old-school filmmaker who hates everyone but means well — still clings to what’s real in a disenchanted, algorithm-run world. Her first film won Sundance 16 years ago and since then her claim to fame has been making cat-litter commercials. On Christmas Eve, her latest job falls apart because her funding evaporates, and she’s forced to sell her New York City apartment to pay the bills . All around her, the artists she calls family have surrendered to just trying to survive the brutality and cost of well, life.
On her way home to her just rented studio, May, gets mugged. Destroying her beloved camera and leaving her without any money. Christmas morning proves to get even more depressing as she deals with some family drama. Done, defeated, and running on fumes, she drifts into the subway—where she meets a psychic named Mary. Mary offers two-dollar readings but only during the holiday seasons for whomever wants on the F-train platform.
The two women form an unlikely friendship and end up spending Christmas night walking the city. Two lost souls circling what used to be a city of dreams that now no one can afford.
A chance encounter with a major influencer sends Mary unexpectedly viral. Suddenly the world wants a piece of this eccentric subway prophet. Social media—the same beast that helped tank May’s career—is now breathing down their necks, wanting to recycle Mary into the next disposable spectacle. Mary lost in a world she doesn’t understand starts to break down. May tries to shield her through the chaos. But when Mary says she needs to reveal her true identity to May the world is about to change forever. Mary believe she is the Mother of God and has receipts to prove it. May, the compassionate human and yet struggling artist must choose: help this woman who is obviously unwell or exploit her and revive her career.

The Plan Of Action: From Pre-production To Your Home Town.
The road forward looks like you and us going on this journey together. We need community now more than ever, because independent films simply do not have the marketing budgets that large studios rely on. That is how big companies win. It is not about the quality of the work. It is about reach.
By joining us, sharing the project, and becoming part of this process early, you help create momentum. One person tells another. The story spreads. A snowball starts to roll. That is how this film will find its audience.
We are not relying on outdated distribution models that leave small films unsupported and unseen. Instead, we are building something direct and human. With your help, we will bring this film to you. We will show it in your town, host events, and create screenings where the filmmaker and cast are present, in conversation with the audience.
This is a start-to-finish model. From the earliest stages of making the film to delivering it into your living room, you are part of the process. That is the future we are building, and we need your help to make it possible.
