[a note from jennifer]
We called ourselves the Secret 7.
No one really knew why—only that something about that first Paris retreat felt different. Intimate. A little rebellious.
I’ve realized what that feeling was: freedom. Freedom from the grind, the shoulds, the autopilot living. And now, we’re doing it again.
Fall 2025. Paris. Dates to be announced.
I still don’t have the perfect words for what that first experience cracked open in me. Paris is, of course, art, beauty, history, culture—but the true magic? It was the women. We wandered, we created, we exhaled. We shared quiet mornings and deep laughs over wine. We stepped away from our phones, our roles, and reconnected with the version of ourselves that often gets buried: the present one. The true one.
Some of you trusted me to guide your first time in Europe. That kind of trust is sacred. And I carry it with me.
If you’re ready to go deeper into your work—and yourself—come join me.
Over 4 nights and 5 days, we’ll use journaling, body-based writing prompts, relaxation exercises, and sharing circles to help you tune out the noise and turn inward.
We’ll uncover the her who has been dormant—the one who’s ready to dream again, create again, and just be.
To mark the end of our journey, you’ll write a letter to yourself—a quiet promise to the woman you reawakened. I’ll send it back to you after the retreat, as a reminder for when life gets loud again.
This fall, we’ll linger in gardens, sip in cafés, browse vintage markets, and sit—truly sit—in the presence of beauty and belonging. We’ll use the city as muse, and the work as mirror.
So ask yourself:
When was the last time you felt the day, without rushing through it?
The last time you had space that belonged only to you?
If you’re ready to step into the fall of your own life—
To create, to connect, and to come back to yourself—
This is where your awakening begins.

If you want to be surrounded by artists that are ready to be seen, start your journey with Jennifer Esposito's classes. I have taken class online, in person and overseas with Jennifer. From my living room to a New York theatre to a apartment in Paris and every time she will drop pearls of wisdom that change your perspective on the life you are living and what it means to be an artist. Jennifer's depth of creativity and her openness to help you get out of the shadows of a world that put you there is nothing short of miraculous. She is a visionary, a renegade, an empath, a teacher, a filmmaker and that is just the tip of the iceberg. She is a true artist in every way and you will be better off for her classes in your life!

Im in a writing class right now with Jennifer and a few other students. and well (big smile) im bubbling and simmering like a percolator brewing Sunday morning coffee. Ohhh lemme write that down.. I've been Jennifer Esposito's student for almost 3 and half years and the classes are mostly zoom but there's been loads of in person too. This was one hundred percent new ground for me. Class??? I was nervous. Nooo idea what to expect. I hovered over the submit button for days and finally jumped in. One of my best life decisions. Such a relaxed atmosphere The classes have become a school. Its a community that Jen has built. It's become an online sanctuary for me, a place to come, sit and literally just BE there. And I'm writing. I'm so proud of myself. And that doesnt happen too often. I had never picked up a pen to write before taking these classes. I had no idea how to actually relax my brain. Or what to write once I actually pick up my pen. I just showed up. And the rest unfolded. Feels like a mini vacation every week. A few hours a week in class has been one of the best gifts I can give myself. Jump in. You'll thank yourself sooner than later
