I love helping artist, creatives and anyone looking to find their voice again though the beauty and discovery of art. This is about exploring who you are before the world told you who to become, and that dictates how you express yourself in your work and in your life.
You don’t have to be a filmmaker, a writer, or call yourself an artist to belong here. You don’t even have to be working on a specific project. You just have to be ready to give yourself permission to live the life you want.

I’ve been through everything from illnesses to marriages and divorce, and a 30-year career in the entertainment industry. What always kept me going forward, even in the toughest of times, was a strong sense of my own voice. Even when it cost me people, places and things. So I can say, in all certainty, that finding and connecting to that voice is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself.

Artist’s Eye
For the artist in need of another artist eye.
Whether you’re an actor preparing for a role or an audition, or a writer breaking through a block in a script, or trying to bring your script to life - I’ve been there. I’ve been an actor for 30 years and now a filmmaker and producer. I also wrote a New York Times best selling book. I built the thing from the ground up, and know what it takes to lead with your voice, not your fear.
From someone who has gone rogue and made the thing - my film Fresh Kills — writing, directing, producing, acting, I can offer insight and experience into almost anything that you’re dealing with as an artist and what you’re trying to achieve.

Script Excavation
This is artistic excavation from someone who has been uncovering the truth in scripts for 30 years - first through acting and now through writing and directing. I’ve come at scripts from all different angles.
We’ll dive into story excavation, character precision, emotional truth.
This is mentorship for writers and filmmakers who don’t just want to “fix a script,” they want to find the heartbeat of their story.
I see what’s underneath. Where most people look at plot points or dialogue, I zoom in on the emotional through line — What’s the story underneath the story? What are you trying to say? I connect the dots you might not even realize are there and the character development through all of it.
